Dinner at the Cacho's

You never know what's for dinner with my personal Chef Joy.   Never had a chicken feet soup it's like something from a witches brew.  I was glad she removed the chicken feet before eating it, but they were very tasty after it was broil.

wow! those chicken feet look...interesting. :) I was surprised once during my travels in thailand when i was eating a bowl of tasty soup and after stirring around with my spoon, I uncovered a chicken foot hiding in the bottom of the bowl. good flavor though. the spring rolls look awesome!
