Our Visit to Illinois

Had our first Sous Vide cooking style Thanksgiving with our daughter, Lisa and David - the turkey and tri-tip were excellent.  We loved it so much we are proud owners of an Anova emersion circulator. They taught us how to Sous Vide, pickle vegetables and make the best non- knead  pizza.  Lisa and Jack Enright Joy's cousins were our gracious hosts for the rest of the week we spent visiting Aunt Jane, Bill and his family, Terry and Jeanne.
