Tribute to Noel R Cacho

Noel Roque Cacho was born August 16th 1953 to Flordelino and Veronica Cacho in the Philippines. He is the second son of three boys, surviving siblings Bob and Alex Cacho. Noel also had a son, Bronson. Noel graduated from Kearny High School in 1972 and then joined the Air Force and served 4 years. Civil Service became his next career for about 20 years. His brothers were always jealous of his business mind and orderly ways. Noel had a gentle and kind spirited soul. We all miss you so much Noel.  He left us on  July 09, 2014. God bless and keep you, Love your family.
Services will be at Miramar National Cemetery August 15th, starts sharply at 2:00pm ends at 2:25pm no space for flowers.
Reception to follow (tickets will be given at the cemetery)

Being Creative with Colored Lights

I was assigned to photograph our product, an Optical Switch, this week and our president wanted it the Hi-Tech look.  I used three colored films by roscolux (cyan, blue and red), four flashes, a incandescent light, a laser level and two homemade flash snoot (two clear tape rolls and a rolled-up mouse pad). I was just being creative with the lights and shadows - thinking out of the box,  just experiment No Photoshop.

I have taken a lot of photography workshops from Rod and Robin Deutschmann the founders of San Diego IFLC   (In Focus Learning Center) great couple. Their motto 'Shoot It Right The First Time'.

Our Visit to Illinois

Had our first Sous Vide cooking style Thanksgiving with our daughter, Lisa and David - the turkey and tri-tip were excellent.  We loved it so much we are proud owners of an Anova emersion circulator. They taught us how to Sous Vide, pickle vegetables and make the best non- knead  pizza.  Lisa and Jack Enright Joy's cousins were our gracious hosts for the rest of the week we spent visiting Aunt Jane, Bill and his family, Terry and Jeanne.
